Reporting & Alert Automation

AnewAI builds and operates reporting and alert systems that watch the work, surface exceptions, and help leaders act on the right information at the right time.

Where it helps

Reporting & Alerts
Visibility

Make the work legible

Bring the operational signals that matter into a view your team can use.

Exceptions

Focus attention

Raise the situations that need a human decision instead of sending noise to everyone.

Action

Close the loop

Connect alerts to an owner, next action, and record of what happened next.

How it works

Outcomes over dashboards

Choose the signals

We start with the numbers and exceptions that help the business make better decisions.

Connect the data

Reports and alerts are shaped around the systems where the work actually happens.

Keep the loop useful

We operate the system so alerts stay timely, relevant, and tied to action.

An example workflow

turn overdue work into an actionable daily review

An illustrative daily review could gather open service requests and compare their age against the response windows your team uses. Instead of a list of every ticket, the report could show overdue items, missing owners, and requests whose status has not changed. Each exception could include the source record, the latest update, the assigned person, and the action needed. A time-sensitive exception might warrant an immediate alert; ordinary changes could wait for the scheduled summary. The design should distinguish overdue work from missing or stale data, so an unavailable source does not look like a healthy queue. During scoping, we would define the calculation rules, refresh schedule, recipients, and conditions for clearing or escalating an alert.

Before you start

Which metrics should we automate first?

Start with a decision someone already makes: which requests need escalation, which quotes need attention, or which tasks lack an owner. Define what the number means, where its data comes from, and what action follows. A useful first report has a clear owner and purpose.

How can we prevent alert fatigue?

Agree on thresholds, recipients, and escalation rules for each exception. Routine changes can belong in a digest, while urgent conditions may justify an immediate notification. Define when an alert is acknowledged or cleared so the same unresolved item does not create unnecessary repeat messages.

The goal is action, not another dashboard.
