CRM Follow-up Automation

AnewAI builds and operates CRM follow-up systems that keep pipelines moving, respond to customers, and make ownership visible across the team.

Where it helps

CRM Follow-up
Pipeline

Protect momentum

Prompt the right response when a lead, quote, or open task would otherwise go cold.

Customers

Stay responsive

Use defined triggers and context to keep customer communication moving after the first interaction.

Teams

Make ownership clear

Surface who owns the next action and what needs attention before it becomes a problem.

How it works

Built around your CRM

Identify leakage

We map the deals, tasks, and requests where follow-up is most likely to stall.

Connect the systems

The agent works with the tools and data your team already uses.

Measure the movement

We operate the workflow with visibility into activity, escalation, and results.

An example workflow

keep an open quote from losing its next step

Consider an illustrative workflow for a quote awaiting a customer response. A check could identify quotes that have passed your chosen follow-up interval and still have an open status. Before creating a task or preparing a message, the workflow would check for a recent reply, an existing follow-up, and a named owner. The salesperson could receive a short summary with the quote reference, last interaction, and suggested next action. Whether a message is drafted for review or sent automatically would depend on the rules approved during scoping. A reply, closed deal, or stop request should end the sequence. Missing contact information or conflicting records would become exceptions for review, giving the team a clear place to resolve stalled work.

Before you start

Will this work with our current CRM?

Compatibility depends on your CRM, subscription, permissions, and the records the workflow needs. Bring the system name and one example process to the AI Opportunity Map. The connection method and any limits should be confirmed before implementation.

How do we avoid duplicate or unwanted follow-ups?

Define the checks before defining the messages: recent activity, an existing task, deal status, contact preferences, and sequence ownership. Agree on stop conditions and review requirements. These rules help determine whether a workflow should send a message, create a task, or ask a person to decide.

Follow-up is a system, not a personality trait.
